PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY TUESDAY, AUGUST 27th  @ 4:00 P.M. EST but you will have 2 weeks to pick up items.

Auction Terms & Conditions: Cash, Check w/ Personal Photo ID, Bank Wire, Credit Cards 3% Convenience Fee -- Company or Personal Checks Must be accompanied with bank letter guaranteeing payment upon presentation. Not responsible for no show items or items pulled from auction -- call ahead to confirm.  By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * All Items Sold AS-IS no warranty guaranteed! Not responsible for accidents. Lunch available. Indiana Sales Tax will apply. Restrooms on-site. Buyer's Premium PER ITEM: 12% up to $5,000, 9% $5,001 up to $15,000, 7% $15,001 up to $40,000 and 5% $40,001 and up. $35 Title processing fee PER TITLED ITEM. PAYMENTS ARE DUE AUGUST 27th by 4PM! Most Titles will be sent out within 14 days after auction, some titles could take up to 30-45 Days. No duplicate titles will be issued. If you are tax exempt, please download, fill out, and return one of the following forms. Tax will not be removed from your invoice until this documentation is received. 

If you purchased any item that has a title, please fill out and sign section D of this ST108A.
If you purchased any item that does not have a title, please fill out this ST105
If you are a dealer claiming tax exemption, please send a copy of your dealers license and an ST108A to [email protected]
