Difference

Why Choose the Auction Method?

An auction is the most effective way to establish the true market value for real estate and personal property at any given time. It creates a competitive environment where multiple buyers bid against each other, often resulting in higher final prices than traditional sales methods.

The benefits of selling by auction include:

  • Quick conversion of property to cash (typically 30-45 days from start to finish)
  • Competitive bidding that often drives prices upward
  • No lengthy negotiation process
  • Definite sale date you can plan around
  • Perfect for estates, collections, and unique items

Contrary to common misconception, auctions are not distress sales. Many businesses and individuals choose auctions as their preferred method to market valuable property.
