We handle estates of any size and also welcome individual items of significant interest. We seek furniture, guns, jewelry, household items, vehicles, collector’s items, farm equipment, shop items, heavy equipment, land, real estate & glassware to name a few.
Initially, we determine if an auction is the best way to liquidate your valuable property. If we are in agreement that auction is the best way, a contract is made between you and Krueckeberg Auction & Realty LLC detailing exactly what we will do, and what you can do to enhance the sale of your merchandise. From here, we handle all the details. We photograph, research, and catalogue your items, complete final estimated values and market them to our extensive global market of buyers. Krueckeberg Auction & Realty LLC will take the responsibility of arranging all advertising, selling the property, collecting all applicable sales taxes and any other moneys including bad checks. You will receive payment for your merchandise, less our fee, after 15 banking days following the auction along with a detailed listing of items sold.
Our fees are based on the quantity, quality and location of the merchandise we will be selling. We will be glad to discuss our fees with you in detail and we look forward to serving you in the near future.
